President
Graduated from East Carolina University and joined MSC in 1979. Frank specializes in sales to supermarkets including accounts such as Harris Teeter, Food Lion and Lowes. Frank became President of MSC in 2020.
Jim Schlosser
CEO/CFO
Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He joined MSC in 1978 beginning as a territory manager with an emphasis on national chain restaurants. He recieved his CPMR (Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative) from Indiana University.
Todd Evans
Todd joined MSC in 1980. He supervises sales in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia. He received his CPMR (Certified Professional Manufacturer's Representative) from Indiana University.

A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Food Marketing, Brian brings over 20 years of expertise in the broadline distribution channel to Merchants Sales. Prior to joining the Merchants team in 2019, Brian was the Director Of Marketing for the largest independent broadline distributor in the Northeast. In his current role, Brian is the primary sales lead corporately at both Imperial Dade and Envoy Solutions, as well as managing the Wakefern relationship for our supplier partners. While he calls on the 5 largest distributors in the market he also manages all of the MSC North reps calling on paper and broadline distributors in the NY Metro Market.
Matthew graduated from The Citadel in May 2011 and started with Merchants Sales Company in September of that year. He managed
the central and north FL market where he has developed strong relationships with key distributor personnel and end users.
Taylor joined MSC in the summer of 2015 after graduating from Longwood University with a degree in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. Taylor is working the Baltomore/Washington corridor as well as select accounts in Central VA.

Graduated from East Carolina University with a BSBA in Business Management in 2009 and joined Merchants Sales Company the folowing year. Graham has since moved over to the Chain Account Services division where he is calling on national accounts such as Golden Corral, McAlisters and Boddie Noell Enterprises.

Dennis Dixon

Dennis Dixon has worked for 41 years in the Jan-San industry including 34 with the legacy Johnson-Diversey. Dennis held leadership roles with Diversey over the years in a Regional and National capacity. He served as AVP in Distribution, Corporate Accounts, and Broker Management. Dennis got his AA Degree at Baltimore Jr College in Accounting and Computers, completing his marketing education at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville Fl.
